St. Dominic is a Catholic, college preparatory high school offering young men and women an education rooted in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. St. Dominic serves 825 students in grades 9-12. Our community relies on a dedicated team of professionals to educate our students, whether through classroom instruction or support across campus. 

We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:

Academic Administrative Assistant (FULL-TIME, 12-MONTH)

This position begins June 15, 2020.  General job responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the academic administrative office's daily operations
  • Managing the student information database
  • Issuing transcripts
  • Scheduling substitute teachers, as needed
  • Processing and printing academic reports and report cards
  • Generating parent and student correspondences pertaining to academics
  • Processing academic invoices
  • Submitting academic honors and awards
  • Producing student eligibility lists

Compensation includes an hourly salary, paid personal and vacation time, paid sick time, and a full benefits package including a tuition benefit.  Interested applicants should submit a cover letter and resume no later than May 31, 2020, to:
