FACTS ON-LINE ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS For ST. DOMINIC HIGH SCHOOL

As in the past, St. Dominic utilizes the FACTS Payment Program. You are being provided the option of conveniently filling out an agreement on-line via e-Cashier from your home or work. This is for first time FACTS users only. (Any in-coming 9th grade student or upper classmen using FACTS for the first time with SDHS is considered a first time user). If you have used FACTS last year with an older student, I will be able to re-enroll you for that particular student only. Each student must have their own FACTS agreement.

You can select from the following payment methods and options that are being offered for the 2010-2011 year.

Payment Methods
- Checking Account ACH
- Savings Account ACH
Payment Options
- Monthly Payments either the 5th or 20th

**Please note that if you have 2 children, you do not have to use the same payment day for each agreement. One could be on the 5th and the other on the 20th of the month.

Click on the link attached here on our website and this will take you directly to the FACTS e-Cashier website. If asked, our Institution ID is 06442 and the pin number is 63366. When asked for a student ID number, just type in your child(ren’s) name(s) and we will insert the ID number later.
