Students with diagnosed disabilities MAY have the opportunity to take their ACT with accommodations. It is important to note, however, that just because your child has a current diagnosis, this does not guarantee that they will automatically receive the requested accommodations.
To request accommodations:
- The student must have a current diagnosis with the evaluation having been completed within the past three years.
- Contact the Learning Consultant to request the appropriate application. Guidelines for required documentation will be listed on this form.
- The Learning Consultant will send the completed accommodations request form to the ACT board for review.
- ACT will determine whether your child is eligible for accommodations. If approval is granted, please contact the Learning Consultant to make the necessary arrangements.
