C. Student must have a minimum 90% grade average for both 7th grade and the first semester of the 8th grade and must provide a copy of their 7th and 8th grade report cards.

D. Two letters of recommendation from teachers of the applicant or from the principal must be included. The recommendation should include spiritual attitudes, social responsibility, self-motivation, and leadership ability of the applicant.

 I have asked two teachers for letters of recommendations. They will send them directly to the school, marked "Alumni Scholarship", St. Dominic High School, 31 St. Dominic Drive, O'Fallon, MO 63366 and postmarked no later than midnight, Tuesday, March 25, 2008.

E. The student applicant must write an original essay of 200-250 words on the topic listed below.
The essay will be judged on originality, content, and written communication skills. It must be handwritten by the applicant on separate sheets of paper and included with this application. Please do not put your name on the essay or include the name of your school
