Tuition Assistance Grants/Summer Work

It is our mission to provide a quality Catholic education to all those who wish to attend St. Dominic. In light of that mission, we make every effort to keep tuition as low as possible, but we know that some families still find the cost too high. In order to help these families, St. Dominic annually provides about $65,000 in partial tuition grants to students who:

1. Have a financial need

2. Complete the Student Aid Form form PSAS and the SDHS Tuition Assistance Application

In addition to financial grants, there are also several summer work positions for students who meet the three requirements listed above. Students who are selected to work with the Maintenance Department are paid an hourly rate, which is deducted from their tuition. To apply, students must also complete a Summer Work Application.

All requests and applications for grants and summer work positions are confidential, and the Administrator determines individual grant amounts.

If a change in financial circumstances later allows the family to do so, grants may be repaid. Any donations to this fund are sincerely appreciated.

Applications are available from the SDHS

Office after March 1st

Part I of the application must be mailed to SDHS. Part II must be mailed to PSAS.

March 25th is the deadline for both parts.

Late applicants will be considered only if funds are still available.
