FACTS ON-LINE ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS
For St. Dominic High School

As we have done in the past, St. Dominic High School will continue to utilize the FACTS Payment Program for the upcoming school year. This program provides you with the option of conveniently filling out an agreement on-line from your home or office.

This document is for first time FACTS users only. Any incoming 9th grade student or upper classman using FACTS for the first time with SDHS is considered a first time user.

If you previously used FACTS with an older student, Sandy Sachs will re-enroll you for that particular student and then add your incoming 9th grade student to your current agreement as long as you use the same banking information.

**Helpful Tip: If you have two children, you do not have to use the same payment date for each child. One could be on the 5th and the other on the 20th of the month.**

Payment Plans

The directions listed below will help you set up your payment plan with FACTS:

1. Visit the FACTS website and click the "Get Started" button under "New User."
2. Enter student information for EACH student on the agreement.
3. Select a payment plan option.
4. Enter the proper demographic information and create a Username and Password.
5. Enter financial account information for making payments.
6. Review your account summary and click the "Submit" button.
7. Choose to print or e-mail your confirmation page. It includes your agreement number, which will be needed to reference your tuition payment plan with your school and FACTS.

FACTS Consumer Portal:

To view and update your payment plan online, visit online.factsmgt.com

1. To log in, enter your Username and Password. If you cannot remember this information, you can select "Need help signing in."
2. Select your agreement number to view your history and/or make updates to your information
3. From your toolbar and summary box, you can:

   a. View your balance and payment history

   b. Change/update your financial account(s) information

   c. Make a payment online

   d. Update your profile information (address, phone number, etc.)

   e. View your complete history with FACTS

   f. Print information for your records

   g. Verify changes made by the school
   

4. You can update your profile and security questions by selecting the "Profile" tab and then clicking the "Edit" button on the right of your screen.
