Dear Assumption/St. Dominic High School Alumni,

We believe we are a quality Catholic school; hopefully your experience here was a positive and growth-filled one. However, we want to provide an even better quality Catholic high school experience. In order to do that, we need your help and input.

We developed this survey to learn more about you and the role that Assumption/St. Dominic played in your life. You, as an alumnus, are a part of the greater Assumption/St. Dominic community. We want to stay in touch to keep you up-to-date about special news, events. reunions, etc. We also want to hear about your life after St. Dominic.

As alumni, you have a unique perspective on the St. Dominic-Assumption community, our programs and traditions.
