St. Dominic High School Seeks Assistant Principal

Assistant Principal for Curriculum and Instruction – St. Dominic High School is seeking an Assistant Principal for Curriculum and Instruction to begin with the 2018-2019 school year. St. Dominic High School is Catholic co-educational college preparatory high school located in the vibrant O’Fallon, MO community. St. Dominic serves 700 students grades 9-12 as a part of the Archdiocese of St. Louis. The Assistant Principal for Curriculum and Instruction will serve as member of the Administrative Team with a particular emphasis in current educational practices and instructional methods.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Implementation of current educational practices and instructional methods.
• Assist in the implementation of the school’s strategic plan
• Coaching teachers on best practices in instruction
• Implement a data driven curriculum that best meets the needs of individualized learning
• Lead professional development that align with current instructional best practices
• Administration of the schools College Credit and Advanced Placement programs
• Some evening supervisions

Qualifications:
• Practicing Catholic
• Minimum five years experience in High School Instruction and/or Administration
• Masters in Education or commitment to earn an equivalent degree
